About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing fintech organization that provides financial management software to accounting firms and their SME clients across France. Our talent team is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their Key Accounts division, working remotely from Nantes.

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of 7–10 enterprise accounting firms (Top 150), driving adoption, satisfaction, and retention. You will build governance frameworks, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure both the firms and their end clients successfully deploy and use the platform.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day relationship with decision-makers and project teams at large accounting firms
• Design and facilitate governance structures: steering committees, adoption reviews, and local champion networks
• Build and execute data-driven adoption plans for both firm staff and their clients
• Coordinate with internal experts (Product, Support, Operations, Sales) to deliver client outcomes
• Proactively identify risks (satisfaction, deployment, usage) and implement remediation plans
• Advise firms on client onboarding strategy, communication, training, and e-invoicing integration
• Monitor usage metrics, propose improvement initiatives, and track execution
• Maintain trusted relationships, set clear expectations, and deliver measurable value through strategic action plans

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success for SaaS with accounting knowledge (or strong willingness to develop it), OR in finance/audit with client-facing commercial experience
• Excellent client relationship skills: ability to reassure, structure conversations, and think strategically
• Assertiveness and diplomacy: clear recommendations and ability to influence stakeholders
• Portfolio management expertise: monitoring client health and designing targeted action plans
• Data analysis skills: extracting insights and prioritizing initiatives
• Project management: coordinating multiple stakeholders with rigor and autonomy
• Fluency in French (professional working proficiency)
• Comfort working in a fast-changing environment and collaborating across teams
• Ability to prioritize high-impact business actions
