Senior Affiliate Manager (Full Remote – Italy)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI technology company seeking a Senior Affiliate Manager to join their fully remote team in Italy. Our client is a rapidly scaling organization in the AI companionship space with tens of millions of users worldwide. This is a high-impact role reporting to senior leadership, focused on managing, optimizing, and scaling affiliate partnerships across multiple channels.

This position requires someone comfortable working in the AI and digital content space, including advertising products with uncensored content.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with affiliate partners, ensuring consistent communication and support throughout the partnership lifecycle
• Oversee onboarding processes for new affiliates to ensure smooth integration into the affiliate program
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics including traffic, conversions, and ROI using platforms like Everflow, Looker Studio, and SEMrush
• Identify optimization opportunities and scale high-performing campaigns through data-driven decision making
• Research, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners and business relationships to expand the network
• Troubleshoot affiliate-related issues including tracking problems, disputes, and performance drops in a timely manner
• Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored affiliate funnels and conversion optimization strategies
• Regularly review and improve processes to enhance affiliate communication, reporting, and program management

What We're Looking For

Required Experience & Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing and affiliate program management
• Proficiency with affiliate marketing platforms and networks
• Strong analytical capabilities with ability to interpret data and make data-driven optimization decisions
• Advanced knowledge of digital marketing across diverse channels including SEO, media buying, and paid social
• Advanced competence with tools such as Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and other reporting/analytics systems
• Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting
• Perfectly fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Goal-oriented mindset with strong sense of ownership and commitment
• Doer mentality—able to balance execution, planning, and strategy while moving quickly
• Humble and open to feedback, with willingness to continuously learn
• Adaptable and comfortable reprioritizing when business needs shift
• Comfortable advertising AI-based products with uncensored content

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience with complex affiliate tracking systems including postback S2S setup and ad servers
• Track record managing challenging situations such as affiliate disputes, tracking issues, fraud detection, or volume fluctuations
• Previous experience scaling affiliate programs from mid-size to enterprise level
• Knowledge of funnel optimization strategies and A/B testing methodologies
• Experience with subscription-based business models
• Familiarity with fraud prevention techniques in affiliate marketing
