Senior Affiliate Manager (Full Remote – Greece)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a rapidly scaling AI technology company seeking a Senior Affiliate Manager to join their fully remote organization. This confidential client operates one of the world's fastest-growing consumer AI platforms, serving tens of millions of users globally.

This is a fully remote position open to candidates based in Greece or Italy. You'll report directly to the Head of Partnerships and play a critical role in scaling affiliate relationships and revenue channels.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing affiliates, providing consistent support and communication
• Oversee onboarding processes for new affiliate partners to ensure smooth integration
• Monitor and report on affiliate performance metrics including traffic, conversions, and ROI
• Analyze campaign results to identify optimization opportunities and scaling potential
• Research and recruit new affiliates and business partners to expand the network
• Troubleshoot affiliate-related issues and provide timely solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored affiliate funnels that maximize conversion rates
• Continuously review and improve processes for enhanced affiliate management

What We're Looking For

Required Skills and Experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing and affiliate program management
• Proficiency with affiliate marketing platforms and networks
• Strong analytical capabilities with experience making data-driven decisions
• Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tactics across multiple channels (SEO, media buying, paid social, etc.)
• Advanced competence with tools such as Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and reporting systems
• Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting
• Proven ability to optimize processes for performance efficiency and ROI
• Perfectly fluent English communication skills
• Goal-oriented with strong ownership and commitment
• Execution-focused mindset with ability to balance planning and strategy
• Adaptable and comfortable with fast-paced, changing priorities
• Comfortable working with consumer technology products that include uncensored content

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience with complex affiliate tracking systems including postback S2S setup and ad servers
• Track record handling affiliate disputes, tracking issues, fraud prevention, or volume management
• Previous experience scaling affiliate programs from mid-size to enterprise level
• Knowledge of funnel optimization strategies and A/B testing methodologies
• Experience with subscription-based business models
• Familiarity with fraud prevention techniques in affiliate marketing
