Senior Affiliate Manager (Full Remote – Cyprus)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing technology company in the AI sector, seeking a Senior Affiliate Manager to join their fully remote team. This role is based in Cyprus and reports directly to the Head of Partnerships.

Our client operates one of the largest AI platforms globally, serving tens of millions of users. They are a well-funded, ambitious organization with proven leadership and a track record of building successful tech products from inception to scale.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with affiliates, ensuring consistent communication and support
• Oversee onboarding processes for new affiliates to ensure smooth integration
• Monitor affiliate performance through detailed reporting on traffic, conversions, and ROI
• Analyze results to identify optimization opportunities and scale successful campaigns
• Research and recruit new affiliates and business partners to expand the network
• Troubleshoot affiliate-related issues and provide timely solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored affiliate funnels that maximize conversion rates
• Continuously review and improve processes to enhance affiliate communication and management

What We're Looking For

Required Experience and Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing and management
• Proficiency with affiliate marketing platforms and networks
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tactics across diverse channels (SEO, media buying, paid social, etc.)
• Advanced competence with tools like Everflow, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and other reporting systems
• Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting
• Ability to optimize processes for performance efficiency and ROI
• Perfectly fluent in English with strong communication and collaborative skills
• Goal-oriented with ownership mindset and commitment to results
• Doer mindset—able to balance execution, planning, and strategy in a fast-moving environment
• Humble, willing to learn, and open to feedback
• Adaptable and comfortable reprioritizing when business needs shift
• Comfortable working with adult-oriented content and uncensored AI models

Bonus Qualifications:

• Experience with complex affiliate tracking systems including postback S2S setup and ad servers
• Track record of resolving challenging affiliate issues (disputes, tracking problems, fraud, volume drops)
• Experience scaling affiliate programs from mid-size to enterprise level
• Knowledge of funnel optimization strategies and A/B testing
• Experience with subscription-based business models
• Familiarity with fraud prevention techniques
