Senior Product Designer (Full Remote – France)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing AI technology company seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their remote design team in France. Our client is a confidential consumer AI organization with tens of millions of users globally, and they need a talented designer to help shape conversational experiences, character creation flows, monetization features, and emerging product surfaces.

You'll collaborate closely with product leadership, engineering, and fellow designers to solve complex UX challenges at scale. This role requires strong product judgment, technical fluency, excellent visual craft, and the ability to contribute original ideas that push the product forward.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design across multiple product areas from concept through delivery
• Translate complex product and technical challenges into intuitive, high-quality user experiences
• Balance speed, experimentation, and craft across fast-moving initiatives
• Design for engagement, retention, monetization, and conversion at scale
• Create and iterate on visual content (image and video) to support product exploration, in-product experiences, and growth surfaces
• Contribute original product ideas and creative concepts beyond the immediate brief
• Help shape new features and interaction patterns through proactive exploration
• Work confidently across modern design, prototyping, and creative tooling
• Experiment with new workflows that improve speed and output quality, including AI image/video generation tools
• Communicate design reasoning clearly and confidently to cross-functional stakeholders
• Defend ideas thoughtfully and push back when needed

What We're Looking For

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong experience designing high-quality consumer digital products
• Excellent product thinking and interaction design
• Strong technical fluency and comfort working with AI tools
• Strong prototyping skills—able to choose the right approach and fidelity based on the question being tested
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
• High design taste and strong visual judgment
• Confidence operating independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• High ownership and strong decision-making ability
• Comfort working with NSFW product experiences
• Portfolio required—applications without a portfolio will not be considered

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on AI-native, conversational, social, or highly interactive products
• Experience across creative tooling, content workflows, or technical experimentation
• Experience designing monetization or subscription products
• Experience designing for NSFW or adult user experiences
• Motion, systems, or front-end-adjacent experience

Portfolio Should Demonstrate:

• Strong consumer product case studies
• Clear evidence of product thinking
• Technical depth and prototyping capability
• Original thinking and experimentation
• High visual craft
• Real shipped work with measurable impact
