Director, Client Services- APAC

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing adtech platform in their search for a Director, Client Services - APAC. This is a senior leadership role based in either Singapore or Sydney, reporting to the SVP of Global Client Services. You'll lead and scale client services across one of the company's most dynamic regions, driving retention, commercial growth, and operational excellence.

As a member of the Global Client Services Leadership Team, you'll represent APAC markets, influence company-wide strategy, and build a high-performing team of leaders across diverse markets including Singapore, Australia, Japan, Greater China, and Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of client services managers across APAC, providing coaching, training, and resources to build careers and deliver exceptional client outcomes
• Drive retention and account expansion strategies, ensuring clients achieve measurable value and grow their investment in the platform
• Partner with regional Sales teams on account planning, renewals, and new business development
• Build and maintain executive-level client relationships; represent the organization at key industry events
• Optimize regional workflows and establish clear performance metrics to support team productivity and prevent burnout
• Collaborate with Legal and Revenue Operations to ensure compliance with regional data privacy regulations across APAC markets
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to incorporate regional market feedback into the product roadmap
• Manage regional budgets, resource allocation, and financial performance
• Design scalable service models and frameworks that support efficient client delivery as the business grows

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in client services, customer success, or account management within programmatic advertising, digital media, or adtech
• 5+ years of senior leadership experience managing managers and building teams across culturally and commercially diverse APAC markets
• Deep knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, campaign strategy, optimization, measurement, and client service models
• Fluency with DSP platforms or demonstrated ability to quickly develop platform expertise
• Strong understanding of the APAC digital advertising landscape, with operational experience in markets such as Singapore, Australia, Japan, Greater China, and Southeast Asia
• Proven track record leading regional client services teams through growth or organizational change
• Experience owning executive-level client relationships and leading commercial negotiations alongside Sales teams
• Strong financial acumen to manage budgets and drive business returns
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience driving initiatives across Sales, Product, Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Analytics
• Strong analytical capabilities to interpret operational data and make informed business decisions
• Experience leveraging automation, AI, and technology to improve workflows and team productivity
• Passion for developing managers and building positive, collaborative team cultures
• Working knowledge of regional regulatory and data privacy requirements in APAC

Pay

The client offers a base salary band of $182,920–$251,515 SGD for this role, along with eligibility for additional compensation including bonuses, equity awards, and comprehensive benefits. Final compensation depends on experience, technical skills, and organizational needs.
