Onboarding Coach

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential hospitality technology organization seeking an Onboarding Coach to join their customer success team. This is a remote position based in Thailand, ideal for someone with deep hospitality experience who excels at client training and relationship building.

Our client operates a comprehensive platform serving properties internationally, and they need someone who can step into hoteliers' shoes to demonstrate system value and ensure smooth adoption.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate client onboarding, training, and ongoing support via video, phone, and email
• Resolve customer inquiries and troubleshoot escalated technical issues across multiple communication channels
• Partner with internal sales teams to define customer success metrics and demonstrate return on investment
• Build strong client relationships that encourage product loyalty and drive adoption rates
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of platform features and evolving customer needs
• Contribute to training materials and documentation while staying current on system updates
• Record all client activities in CRM systems, gather feedback, and share insights for product improvements
• Tailor system configurations to fit each property's specific operational requirements

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in 5-star hospitality in key operational roles (Front Desk or Revenue Management) within a leading hotel brand, OR 3+ years in a customer-facing role within the SaaS industry
• Fluency in English (written and verbal)
• Exceptional communication skills with empathy and customer-focused approach
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Proven ability to communicate technical product features clearly to non-technical audiences
• Track record of empowering clients to become self-sufficient users
• Experience synthesizing customer feedback and sharing insights across internal teams

Preferred Skills:

• Project Management certification
• Experience with hospitality management systems or property management platforms
