We are representing a confidential fintech organization seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead complex SaaS implementation projects. Our client operates a cutting-edge financial operations platform, and this role will be instrumental in delivering successful customer implementations across multiple markets.

This is a remote position based in the Philippines, ideal for an experienced project leader who thrives in professional services environments and understands the nuances of enterprise software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent SaaS implementation projects from planning through delivery, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and customer satisfaction
• Serve as primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle, building strong relationships and maintaining proactive communication
• Define project objectives, requirements, milestones, and deliverables in partnership with clients and internal teams
• Develop detailed project plans including resource allocation, timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies
• Gather client onboarding requirements and coordinate initial system setup and implementation activities
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth execution
• Lead project meetings and provide consistent status updates to clients, project teams, and executive stakeholders
• Conduct client demos, walkthroughs, training sessions, and ongoing support to facilitate solution adoption
• Monitor project budgets and resources, proactively addressing risks, issues, scope changes, and competing priorities
• Prepare high-quality project documentation, status reports, issue analyses, proposals, and presentations
• Interpret Statements of Work, project blueprints, and implementation requirements to ensure delivery alignment
• Apply Waterfall and Agile methodologies as appropriate to project and customer requirements
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities to strengthen processes and customer experiences

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, project management, or related field
• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably within fintech, SaaS, software implementation, or professional services
• Proven track record managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, including scope, budget, timelines, resources, and deliverables
• Strong understanding of SaaS-based fintech solutions and software implementation processes
• Experience working with ERP and/or CRM applications; familiarity with enterprise platforms is a plus
• Ability to interpret Statements of Work, project plans, and implementation requirements
• Excellent client-facing communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences
• Strong relationship-building skills with clients, colleagues, and cross-functional stakeholders
• Superior organizational and time-management abilities with effective prioritization skills in fast-paced environments
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities with exceptional attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and drive successful project outcomes
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills with ability to influence and coordinate teams
• Experience using project management tools and software
• Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Understanding of change management and software adoption processes
• PMP certification or equivalent project management certification preferred
• Proactive, results-oriented mindset with ability to meet critical deadlines
