Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential IT consulting firm in Braunschweig that supports mid-sized and enterprise clients with digital workplace solutions. As an IT Consultant for collaboration platforms, you will:

• Advise clients on the development, extension, and configuration of enterprise collaboration tools including project management, service desk, and documentation platforms
• Evaluate architecture, tooling, and add-on decisions, providing recommendations on solution options
• Continuously optimize and maintain existing client implementations with tailored improvements
• Serve as the primary technical contact during pre-sales meetings, workshops, and technical evaluations
• Analyze customer-specific requirements and create solution concepts, permission models, and initial prototypes
• Deliver workshops, webinars, and training sessions to enable end users, including creation of training materials and knowledge documentation
• Contribute actively to the development of internal service offerings and introduce new product and solution approaches

What We're Looking For

• 3–4 years of practical experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence)
• Strong proficiency in administration, customization, and implementation of customer-specific solutions within the Atlassian ecosystem
• Ability to quickly grasp technical requirements and translate them into robust solution architectures
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with structured, independent working style
• Confident presence in client communication with enthusiasm for workshops, training, and technical consulting
• High performance standards, strong self-motivation, and commitment to delivering projects at an exceptional level
• Experience with integrations, automation, and relevant third-party add-ons is ideal
• Strong service orientation, team collaboration skills, and ability to communicate complex topics clearly
• Willingness to travel occasionally for workshops and client meetings
• Very good German language skills (minimum C1 level) and good written and spoken English
