About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential infrastructure engineering organization seeking a Project Engineer - Major Project Delivery for the Central United States. This is an exciting opportunity to work on significant transportation projects including roadway, bridge, tunnel, and rail/transit elements. Our client is an industry leader with over 30 major projects currently underway across North America and a robust pipeline of pursuits valued at $200M+.
This role offers remote work flexibility with site visits as needed, and occasional travel to project sites will be required.
Responsibilities
- Assist with managing projects and programs of varying scale and complexity
- Provide project management for small to medium infrastructure projects
- Drive marketing and pursuit strategy development
- Manage scope development, scope management, and commercial performance
- Deliver critical transportation infrastructure improvements
- Foster collaboration across multiple stakeholders and project teams
- Support both traditional and alternative delivery project approaches
What We're Looking For
Required qualifications:
- 4-year degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 10+ years of related field engineering experience or broad general engineering background
- Previous project engineering experience
- Active Professional Engineer (PE) registration
- Roadway or bridge design experience
Desired qualifications:
- Proven ability to work on project proposals and determine winning strategies
- Hands-on leadership approach with effective presence and professionalism
- Experience with design-build or alternative delivery methods

Pay
