Senior Product Analyst

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare technology organization seeking a Senior Product Analyst to join their growing data function in London. Our client is transforming how communication happens within the NHS, building platforms that connect care providers and patients across fragmented systems. This is a high-impact role where you'll be a foundational force in shaping product strategy through data-driven insights.

As a Senior Product Analyst, you won't simply report on past performance—you'll proactively identify what needs to happen next. You'll partner with product leaders to define success metrics, lead experimentation initiatives, and translate complex user behavior into actionable recommendations that impact millions of users.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product pod leads to translate product vision into measurable strategy and ensure every initiative has a robust measurement framework
• Independently propose and lead A/B tests and other rigorous experimentation methodologies to validate product hypotheses
• Conduct end-to-end analytical projects that uncover the underlying drivers of user engagement, retention, and behavior patterns
• Build self-service dashboards and data models that enable teams to access high-quality insights and move quickly
• Identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities before they become urgent issues, using data to guide strategic direction
• Mentor team members and elevate the technical bar for data analysis and communication across the organization

What We're Looking For

• Strategic investigator mindset with the ability to proactively identify what the product team should be doing next
• Proven track record of influencing product decisions through strong product thinking, including deep expertise in conversion funnels, activation, retention, and cohort analysis
• Ability to independently lead projects from vague business questions to structured technical investigations
• Advanced technical skills with mastery of SQL and proficiency in Python for data analysis
• Experience as a mentor who can share knowledge, elevate team capabilities, and improve how findings are communicated
• Power user expertise with product analytics tools such as Mixpanel or Amplitude
• High-agency critical thinker energized by the opportunity to build within a growing data function

Location and Work Arrangement

This role is based in London (Shoreditch) with a hybrid schedule requiring three days per week in the office. The client maintains an office-first culture with core hours from 10am to 4pm, and offers up to four weeks per year to work from anywhere.

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: £60,000 - £80,000 per year, plus equity options.
