Senior Manager Recruiting & Employer Branding (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a leading European healthcare network seeking a Senior Manager for Recruiting & Employer Branding to join their People team in Berlin. This is an 18-month maternity cover position offering the opportunity to shape talent acquisition across six European markets.

You'll take ownership of the entire recruitment function, developing best practices and establishing our client as an employer of choice in the healthcare sector. This role combines strategic employer branding with hands-on recruitment leadership across DACH, Spain, Italy, and Greece.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job descriptions, channel planning, active sourcing, candidate selection, and initial interviews
• Develop and monitor KPI dashboards to track recruitment performance and derive data-driven actions
• Manage internal and external recruitment partners including job boards, headhunters, and agencies; negotiate contracts and pricing
• Coordinate recruitment campaigns in collaboration with marketing teams
• Train hiring managers at clinic locations to improve their recruitment capabilities
• Monitor AI trends and leverage tools like Claude to automate and optimize recruitment processes
• Drive AI-based recruitment projects independently
• Strengthen employer brand presence on LinkedIn, Kununu, and other relevant platforms
• Collaborate with C-level executives and hiring managers on strategic hires

What We're Looking For

• Several years of professional experience in recruiting or human resources
• Experience in international stakeholder management; private equity background is a plus
• Affinity for AI applications, particularly Claude; practical experience with AI-supported recruitment processes is advantageous
• Experience with ATS systems such as Personio
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and strategic capabilities; project management experience preferred
• Emotional intelligence with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• German language skills at C2 level
• English language skills at minimum C1 level
