About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential fintech organization expanding across Southeast Asia. They're building mobile-first financial tools that help millions access smarter money management solutions. We're searching for a Head of Strategy and Product to drive high-impact initiatives across the business.

This is a hybrid role based in Malaysia, requiring at least 3 days per week in the office. The position reports directly to senior leadership and touches every part of the organization—from product development to market expansion.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution on the highest-priority business and product initiatives
• Partner with leadership to solve complex challenges across engineering, operations, and business development
• Build and scale new teams, processes, and organizational capabilities as the company grows
• Lead cross-functional projects from initial planning through full execution
• Research and evaluate new markets, products, and business opportunities
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement practical solutions that create measurable impact
• Take full ownership of strategic projects and deliver meaningful business outcomes
