About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology startup focused on AI-native productivity applications. Our client is building intelligent solutions that organize workflows and daily tasks with minimal user prompting. They operate with a high-performance, small-team culture and are seeking a Strategy & Operations Lead to drive critical initiatives across the organization.

This role offers the opportunity to work directly with leadership on high-impact projects spanning engineering, product development, hiring, operations, and business development. As the company scales, you'll help solve emerging challenges and build new organizational capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution on the highest-priority business initiatives across multiple functions
• Partner with leadership to address complex business and product challenges
• Build and implement new teams, processes, and operational capabilities to support company growth
• Lead cross-functional projects from initial planning through final delivery
• Conduct research on new markets, product opportunities, and business development prospects
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement practical, scalable solutions
• Take full ownership of strategic projects and deliver measurable business outcomes
