Founder’s Office Lead

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing fintech platform operating across Southeast Asia. Our client is expanding their leadership team and seeking a Founder's Office Lead to drive execution on their highest-impact initiatives. This is a rare opportunity to work directly with senior leadership on strategic projects spanning product, engineering, operations, and business development.

This role is remote within Indonesia. Candidates must be based in Indonesia at the time of application.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution on high-priority strategic initiatives across multiple business functions
• Partner with leadership to solve complex business and product challenges
• Build new teams, processes, and operational capabilities as the organization scales
• Lead cross-functional projects from initial planning through successful delivery
• Research and evaluate new markets, product opportunities, and business expansion possibilities
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement practical solutions
• Take full ownership of projects and deliver measurable business outcomes
• Manage stakeholder communication and ensure alignment across departments

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and sound business judgment
• Demonstrated ability to learn rapidly and adapt to new challenges
• Comfort working across diverse business functions including product, engineering, and operations
• Strong ownership mentality with proven execution skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (our client's working language)
• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Resourceful, curious mindset with a passion for building and solving difficult problems
• Track record of driving projects to completion with minimal oversight
