We are representing a confidential AI technology company building next-generation intelligent applications. Our client is a fast-moving startup focused on product innovation and operational excellence. We're seeking a Strategy & Operations Lead to work directly with leadership on the highest-impact initiatives across the business.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, learns quickly, and can drive execution across engineering, product, hiring, operations, and business development. You'll help solve new challenges as the company scales and build the capabilities needed for the next phase of growth.

Location: Hong Kong

Responsibilities

• Drive high-priority initiatives across the business, working directly with leadership to solve complex challenges
• Lead cross-functional projects from planning through execution, delivering measurable business outcomes
• Build new teams, processes, and operational capabilities as the company grows
• Research new markets, products, and business opportunities to inform strategic decisions
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement practical solutions to improve how the team works
• Take full ownership of projects and ensure successful delivery in a fast-paced environment
• Manage stakeholder relationships across multiple functions and priorities
