Our talent team is representing a confidential fintech platform with operations across Asia-Pacific. We are searching for a Strategy & Operations Lead to join their Taiwan office in a hybrid capacity. This is a high-impact role working directly with senior leadership on cross-functional initiatives spanning product, engineering, operations, and business development.

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-moving environments, takes full ownership of complex projects, and delivers measurable business outcomes without needing prescriptive direction.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-priority initiatives across the business, working closely with core teams on the highest-impact work
• Partner with leadership to solve business and product challenges as the organization scales
• Build new teams, processes, and capabilities to support company growth
• Lead cross-functional projects from planning through execution, ensuring accountability and follow-through
• Research new markets, products, and business opportunities to inform strategic decisions
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement practical solutions that improve how the business operates
• Take full ownership of projects and deliver meaningful business outcomes

Location: Taiwan – Hybrid role requiring at least 3 days per week in the office
