Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential marketing consultancy in Hamburg seeking a working student to support project coordination and client advisory work. In this role, you will help our client's team maintain structure across multiple concurrent initiatives in brand activation and shopper marketing.

Your day-to-day work includes:

• Supporting project coordination by tracking timelines, tasks, and deliverables to ensure organized execution
• Preparing data analyses and deriving initial insights and recommendations from client information
• Creating and refining presentation materials with attention to clarity, precision, and visual quality
• Using AI-assisted tools to streamline research, analysis, and content development while suggesting process improvements
• Collaborating closely with the project team and supporting internal communication
• Quickly familiarizing yourself with new topics and maintaining overview even when multiple workstreams run in parallel

What We're Looking For

You are currently enrolled in a degree program in business, psychology, statistics, sociology, or a comparable field. You bring strong analytical thinking and enjoy bringing structure to complex information.

Required qualifications:

• Meticulous, precise, and reliable working style
• Interest in project management and consulting with willingness to take on responsibility
• Confident use of MS Office; experience with AI tools is a plus
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
• Availability for 15–20 hours per week during semester, with flexibility to increase hours during semester breaks by arrangement

Preferred:

• Prior practical experience through an internship or working student position
