Responsibilities

Our talent team is representing a confidential creative agency based in Hamburg. We're seeking a Senior Social Media Creative to lead visual strategy and content production for national and international brand channels.

You will:

• Develop and execute social media identities for brands, creating cohesive visual strategies across stills, video, and motion content
• Conceive and realize platform-specific creative concepts for both campaign work and always-on content
• Lead creative direction and execution of productions, from agile social-first formats to larger-scale video productions
• Build social media brand guides and template kits to enable scalable, efficient content creation
• Maintain and evolve design and production quality standards
• Mentor and develop junior content creators on the team

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate brings hands-on creative execution skills in both stills and video, works proactively to find solutions, and can independently drive projects to completion while collaborating closely with the team.

Required qualifications:

• Several years of professional experience in creative and social media environments, ideally in agency settings
• Strong intuition for brand identity, cultural trends, visual communication, and platform-specific content requirements
• Proficiency with industry-standard design, editing, and content tools—experience beyond template-based platforms is essential
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with influencers and managing creator relationships
• Proven track record planning and executing content productions
• Proactive, solution-oriented work style with the drive to advance initiatives independently
• Team player mentality with enthusiasm for knowledge-sharing and developing others
• German language proficiency required for this Hamburg-based role
