About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential education technology organization seeking a Team Lead for AI & Data Science Training Programs. This is a 100% remote position based in Germany, offering the opportunity to shape cutting-edge professional development offerings in artificial intelligence and data science.

Our client delivers modern, practice-oriented professional training and reskilling programs. As Team Lead, you will drive the development and delivery of AI and Data Science courses, leading a team of instructors while serving as the subject matter expert for curriculum development and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of instructors specializing in Data & AI topics, providing professional guidance and supporting their continuous development
• Serve as subject matter expert, providing strategic input on curriculum portfolio development and helping identify content trends and relevant training initiatives
• Monitor current developments in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Machine Learning, and Analytics to identify relevant topics, technologies, and qualification offerings
• Ensure technical quality of training programs and continuously develop content, learning objectives, concepts, and formats in collaboration with your team
• Collaborate closely with instructors and subject matter experts, supporting them in the professional development of their courses
• Ensure adequate qualitative and quantitative staffing of your team with internal and external instructors, coordinating their deployment in teaching and course production
• Analyze market, customer, and participant feedback to optimize existing offerings and develop new programs
• Maintain oversight ensuring the AI and Data Science training portfolio remains technically relevant, technologically current, and commercially successful

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in Data & AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, Analytics, or comparable technical environment
• Leadership experience or experience in professional management of teams or networks
• Sound understanding of current developments in Data & AI with strong intuition for which technologies and competencies are relevant for the job market and professional development
• Experience in conception, development, or management of training, education, or qualification programs
• Experience collaborating with instructors, subject matter experts, and diverse internal stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills, reliability, empathy, and structured, self-directed work approach
• Excellent German language skills (written and spoken)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in adult education or professional development
• Hands-on experience with Python, Data Analytics, Data Science, Machine Learning, Business Intelligence, or generative AI
