Wir vertreten einen Bildungsanbieter, der freiberufliche Dozenten (w/m/d) für Data Analytics sucht. Sie entwickeln und liefern Kursinhalte im Rahmen planbarer Einsätze und arbeiten mit unserem Talent-Team zusammen, um qualifizierte Fachkräfte zu vermitteln.
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Bereitstellung und Entwicklung von Unterrichtsmaterial für Data-Analytics-Kurse
- Fachlich fundierte und praxisnahe Vermittlung von Lerninhalten in der Erwachsenenbildung
- Kurz- und mittelfristige Übernahme von Lehrveranstaltungen
- Betreuung und Unterstützung von Kursteilnehmenden während des Lernprozesses
- Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Tools und Lernplattformen
Was wir suchen
- Nachweisbare Qualifikation als Data Analyst, Data Scientist oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Relevante Berufserfahrung in der praktischen Anwendung von Data-Analytics-Techniken und -Methoden
- Vorhandenes Unterrichtsmaterial oder die Motivation, dieses eigenständig zu entwickeln
- Praxiserfahrung in der Erwachsenenbildung
- Freude an der Wissensvermittlung und didaktisches Geschick
- Kommunikationsstärke, Empathie und technische Versiertheit
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und Flexibilität
- Deutschkenntnisse mindestens C1-Niveau
