About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization that is building next-generation mobile banking experiences. Our talent team is searching for talented Mobile Developers based in Poland to join a fast-moving product engineering team working on consumer financial applications used by millions.

This is a remote role for candidates already based in Poland. You'll be building features across Android and iOS platforms, working closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver reliable and intuitive mobile experiences.

Responsibilities

• Build mobile features across Android, iOS, or cross-platform flows depending on your technical strengths
• Create clean user journeys for onboarding, accounts, payments, transfers, and AI-assisted features
• Own mobile features from product problem through to shipped production experience
• Collaborate with backend, design, product, and AI teams to launch customer-facing features
• Improve app quality through production feedback, analytics, crash reports, and user behavior monitoring
• Help raise the standard for mobile UX, reliability, and performance across the product

What We're Looking For

• Strong mobile development experience in Android, iOS, or both platforms
• Proven track record of shipping production mobile apps used by real users
• Strong product sense, UX judgment, and attention to edge cases
• Ability to work across APIs, releases, debugging, and production issues
• Hands-on builder who can take ownership without heavy guidance
• Clear evidence of shipped work: app links, GitHub repositories, screenshots, or detailed project explanations
• Strong English communication skills for working with global teams
• Must already be based in Poland

This role is not suitable for: engineers who prefer fully defined tickets, developers who ignore crashes and performance issues, those who move slowly in startup environments, or candidates who cannot demonstrate concrete personal impact on shipped products.
