Praktikant Finance (m/w/d)

Overview

Our client, a confidential renewable energy organization, is seeking a Finance Intern to gain hands-on experience in financial accounting and reporting. This internship is designed for enrolled university students for whom an internship is a mandatory component of their degree program. The placement runs for 3–4 months and can begin immediately.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day financial accounting operations
• Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial closings
• Help with account reconciliations and maintenance of subsidiary ledgers
• Contribute to financial reports, data analysis, and management presentations
• Participate in cross-functional finance projects focused on process optimization and digitalization
• Provide general administrative support to the Finance department

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Economics, or a related degree program with a focus on Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or Tax
• Strong interest in financial and accounting topics
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Analytical mindset with strong affinity for numbers
• Hands-on mentality, independence, willingness to take responsibility, and team-oriented approach
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• This internship is only available to students for whom it is a mandatory requirement of their university program
