About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential education services organization in France that is seeking a Remote Customer Advisor (Téléconseiller) to join their team. This is a 100% remote position—no commuting required—ideal for students, those seeking part-time work, or anyone looking to balance personal and professional commitments.
This contract (CDD) runs from mid-August 2025 through mid-March 2027, with working hours Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Manage applications from tutoring professionals and conduct telephone interviews
- Screen and evaluate candidates through structured phone conversations
- Build warm, interactive relationships with applicants and maintain high service standards
- Participate in ongoing training and work closely with your remote manager
- Take on increasingly varied responsibilities as you develop in the role

- Bac +2 qualification (with or without prior experience)
- High-speed internet access and a suitable home workspace for remote work
- Strong telephone communication skills and comfort with client interaction
- Autonomous, trustworthy, and proactive approach to work
- Excellent listening skills, positive energy, and a warm demeanor
- High comfort level with IT tools and digital platforms
- Ability to work independently while staying connected to the team
