Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential marketing and brand activation agency seeking a working student for their creative team. In this role, you will support the development of concepts and ideas for brand activation along the entire shopper journey through to point of sale.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assisting the creative team in developing concepts for retail and point-of-sale activations
• Supporting visual implementation of concepts, from initial sketches to presentation-ready layouts
• Preparing presentations and pitch materials with clear, compelling communication of ideas
• Using AI-assisted tools effectively for research, moodboards, and initial visual drafts
• Collaborating closely with the creative team and liaising with consulting colleagues
• Contributing your own ideas on how to evolve the creative process

What We're Looking For

Our client requires a candidate who brings both creative talent and practical skills to their team:

• Currently enrolled in a creative degree program such as Communication Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or comparable field
• Initial practical experience through an internship, working student position, or comparable projects
• Proficient use of standard design programs including InDesign and Photoshop
• Enthusiasm for conceptual work and a strong sense for brands, visual language, and design
• Experience using AI tools in the creative process is desirable
• Careful, structured, and reliable working approach, even under time pressure
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
• Availability of 15 to 20 hours per week, with flexibility for more hours during semester breaks by arrangement
