We are representing a confidential restoration services organization seeking a Director of Market Development and Sales Effectiveness. Our client operates multiple locations across the Southeast and delivers emergency restoration solutions to residential and commercial property owners. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute market development strategies to expand the client base and geographic reach
• Lead sales effectiveness initiatives across multiple locations to drive revenue growth and market penetration
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, insurance carriers, property managers, and referral partners
• Analyze market trends and competitive positioning to identify new business opportunities
• Coach and develop sales teams to improve performance metrics and conversion rates
• Collaborate with operations leadership to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Track and report on sales pipeline, forecasting, and key performance indicators

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in business development or sales leadership within restoration, construction, facilities management, or related B2B services industries
• Strong understanding of commercial and residential property markets
• Demonstrated success building strategic partnerships and growing revenue across multiple locations or territories
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Experience coaching and developing sales teams to achieve targets
• Data-driven approach to market analysis, sales forecasting, and performance optimization
• Willingness to travel regularly across the Southeast region
• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered
