(Senior) Marketing Operations Manager*In (M/W/D) Crm, Growth, Hubspot

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital media organization seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to own the operational backbone of their marketing infrastructure. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will sit at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Developing creative processes to increase inbound lead volume and quality—from campaign approaches to funnel conversion points
• Advancing the CRM infrastructure: workflows, automations, property setup, and lead routing—built cleanly, documented thoroughly, and designed to scale
• Managing the connection between Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations: deal logic, pipeline measurement, attribution, lead segmentation, and lead scoring
• Building and refining tracking systems: UTM structure, attribution models, and conversion paths across all campaigns to provide reliable data for the entire team
• Maintaining daily operational tools including CRM platforms, automation connectors, and headless CMS solutions—finding pragmatic workarounds when platform limits are reached
• Leveraging AI tools to automate workflows, documentation, and repetitive tasks
• Ensuring GDPR-compliant marketing processes, including double opt-in workflows
• Creating actionable reports that make marketing impact visible through clear KPIs

What We're Looking For

• Several years of experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or CRM administration
• Advanced proficiency with HubSpot, including complex workflows, data structures, and reporting capabilities
• Deep understanding of B2B sales processes and complete deal structures—you see beyond individual marketing campaigns
• Strong technical aptitude for API integrations and common automation tools
• Active use of AI tools for operational tasks and smart process design
• Ability to work completely independently, approaching projects structurally and building processes that run without constant oversight
• Solid knowledge of GDPR requirements in marketing and form contexts, applied confidently in practice
• Full professional proficiency in both German and English
• Nice-to-have: Hands-on experience executing performance campaigns on platforms like Meta or LinkedIn Ads
