Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential client in München seeking an HR Management Intern / Working Student to join their people operations team. In this role, you will:
- Support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contract administration, and offboarding processes
- Contribute to the development and digitization of HR processes and digital personnel file systems
- Help optimize workflows to make them more efficient, transparent, and user-friendly
- Maintain and organize HR data within the company's digital HR management platform
- Take ownership of independent projects such as employee survey analysis, training coordination, internal events, and benefits program updates
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Human Resources Management, Business Psychology, Social Sciences, Labor Law, or a related field
- Genuine interest in people operations, employee experience, and digital transformation in HR
- Prior practical experience in HR through internships, working student positions, or student initiatives is a plus
- Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable working style with the ability to manage multiple parallel tasks
- Discretion and responsibility when handling sensitive employee information
- Proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with HR platforms such as Personio or similar tools is advantageous
- Comfort using AI tools while maintaining critical thinking about outputs
- Very good German and English language skills (minimum C1 level in both)
