Tech Advisory Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential consulting organization in München that is seeking a Tech Advisory Senior Consultant to join their transformation practice. In this role, you will lead complex digital and organizational transformation projects, working at the intersection of business, technology, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support transformation initiatives focused on organizational development, process optimization, and new ways of working
• Serve as the interface between business and IT stakeholders, gathering and aligning requirements while ensuring shared understanding of project objectives
• Independently plan, coordinate, and deliver projects and sub-projects with a focus on sustainable outcomes
• Apply agile methodologies effectively and take on roles such as Scrum Master or Product Owner within project teams
• Design and implement change management processes, including stakeholder engagement and implementation support
• Conduct process analysis to identify improvement opportunities and develop digitally-enabled solutions
• Prepare management-level communications, analyses, and reports tailored to decision-makers and steering committees

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in Business Informatics, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field
• At least 3–5 years of professional experience in management consulting or transformation/digitalization projects
• Certification in agile project management (Scrum Master or Product Owner preferred) with hands-on experience applying agile methodologies
• Strong technological understanding with the ability to translate modern technologies (Cloud, Data & AI, Cybersecurity) into scalable IT architectures and digital platforms
• Proven project management expertise including planning, steering, and stakeholder communication
• Experience in transformation and change management with the ability to drive organizational change sustainably
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking combined with a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach
• Excellent MS Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, along with strong presentation abilities
• High level of initiative, teamwork skills, and customer-oriented mindset
• Very good German and English language skills (minimum C1 level in both languages)
