Qualifications
- Proven experience in account management, business development, or a similar client-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence at multiple levels
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales methodologies is valued
- Fluency in English and Spanish preferred for this Arequipa-based position
- Willingness to travel occasionally to meet with key clients
