Orthopedics Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

What You'll Do

• Perform detailed orthopedic history, physical examination, and diagnostic assessment
• Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons in diagnostic and treatment planning
• Assist in surgical procedures and manage pre- and post-operative patient care
• Order and interpret imaging studies and diagnostic tests relevant to orthopedic conditions
• Administer and document therapeutic interventions, including injections and procedural support
• Educate patients on injury management, treatment options, and rehabilitation pathways
• Maintain comprehensive clinical records and participate in quality and safety initiatives
• Support coordination between surgical, rehabilitation, and primary care teams

Who We're Looking For

• Valid PA-C or NP license in good standing; current state licensure required
• Clinical background in orthopedic surgery, musculoskeletal medicine, or related specialty preferred
• Demonstrated competency in patient assessment, clinical judgment, and evidence-based decision-making
• Proficiency with electronic health record systems and medical documentation
• Strong communication skills with patients, families, and interprofessional clinical teams
• Ability to function independently and collaboratively within a physician-supervised practice model
• Dedication to continuous learning and professional advancement in orthopedic care
