Senior Sales Engineer – Majors, Georgia

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential cybersecurity organization seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join their South Majors team in Georgia. In this role, you will architect technical solutions that directly address customer pain points and serve as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle. You'll work with major enterprise accounts to ensure solutions align perfectly with their goals and technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Architect technical solutions that resolve critical customer challenges and align with their business objectives
• Create and deliver compelling technical product presentations to prospective customers
• Oversee the technical sales process from initial engagement through implementation
• Gather and document customer technical requirements to ensure proposed solutions meet their needs
• Lead product evaluations and design custom configurations
• Run Proof of Value projects from start to finish, serving as the technical and industry expert
• Collaborate with and support internal cross-functional teams
• Serve as a technical advisor for large enterprise and major accounts

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 7+ years of experience as a Sales Engineer or Systems Integrator
• Strong knowledge of network security technologies
• Demonstrated curiosity and active use of AI tools to enhance workflows and problem-solving
• Customer-obsessed mindset with deep empathy for solving real-world problems
• Excellent ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, actionable plans
• Ownership mentality with a bias for action and integrity
• Resilience and adaptability in high-pressure situations
• Strong communication skills and ability to navigate between strategic thinking and hands-on execution

Preferred Qualifications:

• Industry certifications such as CCNP, JNCIP, PCNSA, CISSP, or CCSP
• Experience working with large enterprise and major accounts
• Proven track record of solving complex challenges in enterprise security environments
