Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential social enterprise in Hamburg seeking a Senior Brand Manager to join their mission-driven team. In this role, you will lead brand strategy and positioning across all customer touchpoints while driving meaningful impact through organic and fairly traded products.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing brand strategy and positioning across all relevant channels
• Leading cross-functional and international projects, coordinating between sales, quality management, and leadership teams
• Planning, controlling, and managing marketing budgets with a clear eye on performance metrics
• Concepting, managing, and evaluating national and international marketing campaigns alongside digital, social media, partnerships, and events teams
• Developing and executing trade marketing and activation measures for hospitality and retail in collaboration with sales
• Overseeing product launches from concept to market success, including tracking and optimization
• Managing agencies, producers, and freelancers to transform ideas into impactful brand experiences
• Conducting market and competitive analysis and translating insights into strategic action
• Providing professional leadership to a Brand Manager, building team strength from diverse talents

What We're Looking For

Our client needs a strategic brand professional with proven experience in marketing and brand leadership:

• Completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent qualification
• Several years of marketing experience with strong focus on brand management and positioning
• Strategic thinking and the ability to connect tactical execution with long-term vision
• Ideally, initial leadership experience managing team members
• Experience in FMCG and/or hospitality/retail sectors is advantageous but not required
• Comfortable working with agencies, producers, and freelancers as part of daily operations
• Proven track record managing budgets, market analysis, and national/international campaigns
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness, and structured working methods
• Business-level fluency in both German and English
• Passion and conviction for creating positive social impact through business
