Influencer Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a fast-growing streetwear and fashion brand based in Düsseldorf. Our client is looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to take operational responsibility for their entire creator programme and develop it into a scalable growth channel.

You will work closely with the founder and brand team to build meaningful relationships with creators, discover new talent, and execute your own ideas. This is not a social media management role – it's about treating influencer marketing as a strategic acquisition channel.

Your responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing the influencer marketing strategy across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms
• Identifying and recruiting relevant creators, athletes, artists, footballers, stylists and cultural personalities
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with creators, management teams, agencies and stylists
• Planning and managing influencer campaigns around product drops and brand campaigns
• Establishing and running seeding and gifting programmes
• Negotiating collaborations, terms, content deliverables and usage rights
• Developing long-term ambassador and affiliate partnerships
• Briefing creators and coordinating content production
• Following up to ensure agreed deliverables are met
• Building and maintaining a structured creator and talent CRM system
• Tracking and analysing reach, engagement, content performance, conversions and ROI
• Spotting emerging talent before they become widely known
• Collaborating closely with brand, creative, social, paid media and e-commerce teams
• Supporting selected athlete, artist and celebrity activations

Your goal is not to send out as many packages as possible. Your goal is to build a network of relevant people who wear the brand, post about it, and maintain long-term connections with it.

What We're Looking For

We need someone who has already implemented influencer marketing in practice and can own this function independently.

Ideally, you bring:

• Proven professional experience in influencer, creator, talent or partnership marketing
• Demonstrable experience independently managing influencer campaigns
• Hands-on experience with creator research, outreach, seeding and relationship management
• Confidence communicating and negotiating with creators, management teams and agencies
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and current social media culture
• Sharp instincts for fashion, streetwear, music, sport and youth culture
• Commercial mindset and data-driven approach to influencer marketing
• Experience with KPIs, reporting and performance analysis
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Initiative, speed and high standards for your work

You're especially interesting to us if you already have a relevant creator or talent network, or if you've built influencer programmes at a fashion, streetwear, lifestyle, beauty, sports or consumer brand.

We're not looking for pure strategists. You should enjoy discovering talent yourself, reaching out to people, building relationships, negotiating and closing deals.
