Senior Manager Recruiting & Employer Branding (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare organization with operations across multiple European markets. Our talent team is searching for a Senior Manager to lead recruiting and employer branding initiatives for an 18-month parental leave cover based in Berlin.

In this role, you will own the entire recruitment process across six countries, develop standardized best practices to create synergies, and build a compelling employer brand that attracts top talent in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job descriptions, channel planning, active sourcing, candidate screening, and initial interviews
• Monitor and evaluate KPI dashboards to track recruitment performance and derive data-driven actions
• Manage internal and external recruitment partners including job boards, headhunters, and staffing agencies; negotiate contracts and pricing
• Coordinate recruitment campaigns in close collaboration with marketing teams
• Train hiring managers at clinic locations to improve their recruiting activities
• Observe AI trends and leverage tools to automate and optimize recruiting processes; drive AI-based projects independently
• Strengthen employer brand presence on LinkedIn, Kununu, and other relevant platforms

What We're Looking For

• Several years of professional experience in recruiting or human resources
• Experience in international stakeholder management; ideally you have worked in a private equity environment
• Affinity for AI applications; practical experience with AI-supported recruiting processes and projects is a plus
• Experience with ATS systems such as Personio
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and strategic skills; ideally project management experience
• Emotional intelligence with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• German language skills at C2 level and English at minimum C1 level
