Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential technology organization seeking an accomplished Salesforce Architect to lead enterprise-scale implementations across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. In this remote role based in the United States, you will define architectural standards, design sophisticated solutions that leverage AI and intelligent automation, and ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems. You'll guide technical teams through complex implementations while establishing security, data governance, and best practices that scale across the organization.
What We're Looking For
- 15+ years of professional experience with deep Salesforce expertise
- Salesforce Application/System Architecture Certification required
- Expert-level knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud architecture
- Strong background in Salesforce AI, Einstein AI, and Agentforce capabilities
- Proven experience with generative AI, predictive analytics, and intelligent automation
- Deep understanding of Salesforce integration patterns, APIs, middleware, and third-party integrations
- Expertise in Salesforce security frameworks and data governance
- Experience with custom Salesforce development and enterprise architecture principles
- Demonstrated ability to establish and enforce Salesforce architecture standards
- Strong solution design skills for complex enterprise requirements
