Solutions Engineer – UK (Italian Speaking)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital analytics organization seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to support high-value sales opportunities across the EMEA region. This Italian-speaking role is based in the UK and offers the chance to work with some of the world's most recognized brands in ecommerce, retail, travel, financial services, and telecommunications.

As part of our client's growing European team, you'll serve as a trusted technical advisor, partnering with enterprise account executives to help multinational organizations transform their digital customer experiences. This is a remote-first position with approximately 25–30% travel across EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Guide technical strategy for enterprise sales cycles across EMEA, from discovery through to closing
• Create tailored demonstrations and solution narratives that align platform capabilities with strategic business outcomes
• Lead complex proof-of-concept engagements, defining success criteria and quantifying measurable business value
• Translate customer needs into scalable solution architectures and clear value propositions
• Collaborate with account executives on deal orchestration and coordinate with product/engineering teams for smooth post-sales transitions
• Support RFP responses and provide structured customer feedback to influence product development
• Engage effectively with diverse stakeholders from digital/product teams to C-level executives

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Fluency in English and Italian; additional European languages strongly preferred
• 4+ years of experience in enterprise pre-sales or solutions engineering within the SaaS or software sector
• Proven track record supporting complex, multi-layered sales cycles for large enterprise organizations
• Demonstrated ability to engage both technical teams (architects, developers) and C-suite executives (CIO, CDO)
• Hands-on experience with web technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Strong ROI-based solution development capabilities
• Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills tailored for diverse corporate environments
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple strategic deals simultaneously
• Willingness to travel 25–30% across EMEA

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with digital experience analytics or customer experience management platforms
• Familiarity with agentic AI, enterprise data architecture, or tagging strategies
• Background in high-growth SaaS or digital transformation consulting

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: £70,000 - £95,000 basic salary plus variable compensation.
