Responsibilities

We are representing a creative agency specializing in brand activation and point-of-sale solutions. As a working student in their creative team, you will support the development of compelling concepts for retail environments and shopper journeys.

• Assist the creative team in developing concepts and ideas for brand activation across the entire shopper journey through to point of sale
• Support visual implementation of concepts, from initial sketches to presentation-ready layouts
• Prepare presentations and pitch materials, ensuring clear and convincing presentation of ideas
• Utilize AI-supported tools for research, mood boards, and initial visual drafts
• Contribute ideas for evolving and improving the creative process
• Collaborate closely with the creative team and liaise with consulting colleagues

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a creative program such as Communication Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or comparable field
• Initial practical experience through internship, working student position, or comparable projects
• Proficient use of standard programs including InDesign and Photoshop
• Enthusiasm for conceptual work and strong sense for brands, visual language, and design
• Experience using AI tools in the creative process is desirable
• Careful, structured, and reliable work approach, even under time pressure
• Excellent German language skills, written and spoken
• Availability for 15 to 20 hours per week; more hours possible during semester breaks by arrangement
