Werkstudent (m/w/d) Sanierung & Insolvenz

Responsibilities

Our client, a confidential professional services organization in München, is seeking a working student to support their restructuring and insolvency practice. This is a part-time position for 16 hours per week, available immediately on an indefinite contract basis.

In this role, you will:

• Assist with the processing of insolvency proceedings and case administration
• Prepare and track legal correspondence and documents
• Handle general administrative and organizational tasks
• Maintain proper filing systems and document management
• Communicate with process participants via telephone and written correspondence
• Support the team with additional day-to-day operational tasks

What We're Looking For

We are representing our client in their search for candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Currently enrolled at a university
• High motivation with strong team collaboration and communication abilities
• Self-starter who works independently and reliably
• Open-minded, curious, and eager to learn new subject areas
• Proficient with MS Office applications
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken

The role offers flexible working hours that can be coordinated with your study schedule, a central München office location, and support for public transportation.
