Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential creative agency seeking a Senior Social Media Creative to lead brand channels for national and international clients. In this role, you will:

• Provide visual leadership for brands across social media platforms—from developing social identities to executing stills, video, and motion content
• Conceive and realize creative, platform-appropriate ideas for campaigns and always-on content strategies
• Lead and execute creative production workflows—from fast-turnaround social formats to more elaborate broadcast accompaniments
• Develop social media guides and template kits to enable efficient, scalable content production
• Ensure quality control and continuously improve existing design and production standards
• Mentor and support the professional development of junior content creators on the team

What We're Looking For

Our client needs a hands-on creative who can bring visions to life through both stills and video. You proactively find solutions, lead projects independently to completion, and collaborate closely with your team.

• Several years of professional experience in creative and social media environments—ideally within an agency setting
• Strong instinct for brands, culture, social media trends, visual communication, and platform-specific content
• Proficiency with common design, editing, and content tools—including professional graphic design software beyond template-based platforms
• Experience collaborating with influencers and managing creator relationships
• Proven track record planning and executing content productions
• Proactive, solution-oriented work style with the drive to independently advance projects
• Team player mentality with enthusiasm for sharing knowledge and developing others through your own initiative
• German language proficiency required for this Hamburg-based position
