Senior Inside Sales Rep, Acute Surgical – Remote (CO, AZ, NM, UT)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential medical technology organization in their search for a Senior Inside Sales Representative focused on acute surgical products. This is a remote role supporting customers across Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, and Utah through virtual sales activities, account management, and strategic territory development.

You'll partner with healthcare providers to drive adoption of a comprehensive surgical product portfolio, working closely with field teams to expand business within hospitals, surgery centers, and healthcare systems. Travel up to 25% is required for customer meetings and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth for disposable and capital equipment sales within an assigned geographic territory through virtual selling and account management
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
• Conduct virtual product presentations, demonstrations, and educational sessions with healthcare professionals and supply chain stakeholders
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across targeted healthcare facilities
• Analyze territory performance data to identify growth opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies
• Collaborate with field sales, clinical specialists, and marketing teams to execute territory plans and customer engagement initiatives
• Resolve customer concerns and provide ongoing support throughout the sales cycle
• Promote product adoption and utilization across hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and healthcare systems

What We're Looking For

Required:

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 8+ years of relevant sales or customer support experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or life sciences; OR Associate's Degree and 6+ years of relevant experience; OR Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of relevant experience
• Proven track record of achieving sales objectives and managing customer relationships within assigned territories
• Experience identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities while growing existing accounts
• Ability to analyze account and territory data to identify growth opportunities and develop effective sales strategies
• Ability to travel up to 25% for customer meetings and business activities
• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at time of hire and throughout employment (visa sponsorship not available for this level)

Preferred:

• Medical device, healthcare, or surgical products sales experience
• Experience selling to hospitals, healthcare systems, or ambulatory surgery centers
• Demonstrated success driving product adoption and account penetration initiatives
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and virtual selling capabilities
• Experience mentoring or coaching sales professionals
