Sales Representative Wundmanagement/NPWT (m/w/x)*

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential medical technology organization seeking a Sales Representative for Wound Management and NPWT (Negative Pressure Wound Therapy) to cover the Zürich region in Switzerland. Our client develops advanced healthcare solutions that improve patient outcomes and support medical professionals in delivering excellent care.

This field-based role offers the opportunity to work with hospitals and clinics, building relationships with healthcare professionals while promoting evidence-based wound care therapies. You'll manage your territory independently while collaborating with internal teams to drive growth and deliver clinical education.

Responsibilities

• Consult with and support hospitals and clinics on wound management and NPWT solutions
• Expand your network through independent prospecting of new customers and projects
• Plan customer visits and maintain documentation in CRM systems
• Prepare proposals according to company guidelines
• Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis
• Organize and deliver training sessions for medical professionals
• Participate in congresses and events in coordination with marketing
• Develop and implement therapy concepts within evidence-based medicine (EbM) frameworks
• Monitor and ensure compliance with contractual conditions
• Communicate actively with all relevant internal and external stakeholders

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Completed commercial and/or medical training
• Sales experience with medical products
• Proven track record in sales and customer service
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
• Independent and self-directed work style
• Team player with engagement and assertiveness
• High willingness to travel (up to 80% domestic) and learn
• Valid driver's license (Class B) for company vehicle use
• Fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken

Preferred qualifications:

• Advanced training in nursing or wound care (qualified nurse/wound care specialist)
• Professional proficiency with MS Office applications
