About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential international recruitment organization seeking an ambitious International Recruitment Consultant to join their global freelance network. This remote position is based in Portugal and offers a unique opportunity to build your own recruitment business within a structured framework.

This role goes beyond traditional recruitment—you'll have the freedom to develop your own candidate networks, set your own goals, and determine your own success trajectory while specializing in multilingual BPO positions across European markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned vacancies in collaboration with the internal recruitment team
• Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, and professional networking
• Conduct pre-screening interviews and evaluate candidate suitability for multilingual positions
• Present qualified candidates to the internal recruitment team
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Build and manage your own international candidate network
• Identify new sourcing opportunities, markets, and recruitment strategies
• Track performance metrics and work toward personal and financial goals
• Develop your professional reputation through quality placements and results

What We're Looking For

• Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort working independently and taking ownership
• Prior experience in recruitment, sales, or the BPO industry
• Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
• Strong results-oriented and commercial approach
• Familiarity with digital recruitment tools, job boards, and social media platforms
• Experience or interest in working within international and multicultural environments
• Proactive approach with continuous focus on improvement and growth
• Comfort with accountability and performance-based work structures
