Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential cleantech organization seeking a working student for project coordination in the heat pump sector. In this role, you will provide hands-on support in day-to-day project coordination operations and ensure reliable planning processes across multiple sites.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating construction site appointments with various locations, maintaining calendar oversight and optimizing workflows based on on-site conditions
  • Serving as the central point of contact between internal teams, local sites, and external heat pump partners during construction discussions
  • Maintaining project data and appointment status in internal systems with high data quality standards
  • Supporting capacity and schedule management to ensure smooth execution of renewable energy installations
  • Managing parallel tasks while maintaining quality standards and attention to detail

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a currently enrolled student with strong organizational skills and a can-do mentality. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Current enrollment in a degree program such as Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Project Management, or comparable field
  • Genuine interest in the cleantech sector or professional development in renewable energy
  • Highly structured, independent, and precise working style with excellent multitasking abilities
  • Availability for at least 3 months, ideally 6 months (suitable for mandatory internships)
  • Willingness to work hands-on in operational processes without losing sight of quality standards
  • Strong communication skills for coordinating across multiple stakeholders
  • Based in or able to work from Berlin, with remote flexibility
