Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential renewable energy organization seeking a working student to support sales and operations coordination. In this role, you will take ownership from day one:
- Conduct initial lead qualification calls with prospective customers, filtering relevant inquiries for the sales team
- Proactively manage appointment scheduling for customer consultations and site assessments, including rescheduling as needed
- Follow up persistently yet professionally to obtain missing documentation and technical photos from customers
- Ensure complete handover of customer information and technical details from sales to installation teams, maintaining smooth operations
What We're Looking For
Our talent team is seeking a proactive communicator who thinks independently and takes initiative:
- Strong communication skills with enthusiasm for phone-based customer interaction
- Quick comprehension and ability to identify what information operations teams need for successful installations
- Goal-oriented and structured approach with persistent follow-through until tasks are complete
- Currently enrolled as a student at a university (field of study is secondary to motivation)
- Passion for climate protection and the energy transition is a plus
- Prior exposure to heat pumps, solar systems, or energy management is helpful but not required
