Software Engineer, Enterprise Agents

About This Opportunity

We are representing a leading AI technology organization based in Paris. Our talent team is seeking a Software Engineer to join their Enterprise Agents division, building internal systems that power critical business operations across finance, data, and operations.

This is a full-stack role focused on creating integrations, workflows, and dashboards that enable efficient information flow across the organization. You'll partner with stakeholders to transform complex business needs into scalable software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integrations, connectors, and workflows across internal systems including CRM, billing, HRIS, and planning tools
• Design and implement reliable, maintainable, and scalable internal software solutions
• Ship end-to-end features spanning backend services, APIs, frontend interfaces, and dashboards
• Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, operations, and engineering to understand requirements and deliver software solutions
• Develop self-service tools and dashboards that reduce manual work and support data-driven decision-making
• Contribute to engineering standards, documentation, and team best practices
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Full-stack engineering experience with modern programming languages and frameworks such as Python, TypeScript, React, or similar technologies
• Proven ability to build web applications end-to-end, from APIs and data models to user-facing interfaces
• Track record shipping internal systems, integrations, connectors, dashboards, or workflow automation tools
• Strong technical judgment regarding trade-offs, maintainability, reliability, and delivery speed
• Ability to work with ambiguity, break down complex problems, and deliver clear, shippable solutions
• Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with internal stakeholders
• Team-oriented mindset with autonomy and motivation to build tools that improve team efficiency

Preferred:

• Experience with LLMs or agentic workflows
• Exposure to enterprise SaaS business systems such as Salesforce, Atlassian, Oracle, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with infrastructure and operations including Docker, CI/CD, Kubernetes, or cloud environments
• Background in internal tooling, developer experience, business systems, or operational platforms
• Comfort translating business workflows into software for non-technical stakeholders

Location: Paris, with expectation to work from the office at least 3 days per week. Remote flexibility available based on team needs and individual autonomy.
