Role Overview

As a Financials Consultant at Freudenberg, you'll take ownership of core financial processes and analysis that support our global operations. Your work directly influences how our finance function performs—balancing technical precision with business impact, you'll solve real problems that matter to the organization.

What You'll Do

• Support financial reporting, consolidation, and close procedures across assigned business areas
• Prepare, review, and validate financial statements, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with accounting, operations, and management teams to deliver actionable insights
• Contribute to month-end and year-end close cycles, ensuring timely and accurate results
• Develop and enhance financial processes to strengthen controls and operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS standards and internal financial governance policies

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in financial consulting, accounting analysis, or finance roles
• Advanced Excel and accounting software skills; proficiency with financial systems
• Working knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting frameworks
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong data accuracy standards
• Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to both technical and non-financial audiences
• Strong organizational skills with capacity to prioritize and meet demanding timelines
