About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential global consulting organization specializing in enterprise technology transformation. We are seeking a Principal Transformation Consultant to lead strategic client engagements, drive complex transformation programmes, and contribute to business development across France.
This senior role combines strategic consulting, technology leadership, and consultative selling. You will partner with C-level executives to define and execute transformation strategies, including cloud migrations, platform modernization, and enterprise-wide digital initiatives while identifying and converting new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Build trusted advisor relationships with executive stakeholders at Director, VP, and C-level
- Lead and support consulting teams delivering complex, multi-workstream transformation programmes
- Drive measurable business outcomes across cloud migrations, platform modernization, and enterprise toolchain transformation
- Advise customers on improving software delivery through expertise in SDLC, DevOps, Agile delivery, and modern engineering practices
- Guide clients through migration readiness assessments, architecture decisions, and cloud transition planning
- Partner with Sales teams throughout the full sales lifecycle, from qualification and discovery to proposal and deal closure
- Lead consultative discovery sessions to uncover business challenges and identify transformation opportunities
- Develop compelling Statements of Work, business cases, and executive proposals focused on measurable outcomes
- Define and execute account growth strategies through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic expansion
- Design transformation roadmaps aligned with customer business objectives
- Mentor consultants at all levels and champion continuous improvement across the team
What We're Looking For
Essential qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or enterprise transformation
- Proven experience leading enterprise cloud migration or technology modernization programmes
- Demonstrated success in enterprise sales, consultative selling, and business development
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology environments, including cloud platforms, DevOps toolchains, and ITSM/PPPM disciplines
- Deep knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and Developer Experience
- Awareness of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and AI-assisted software development with ability to discuss business value
- Excellent executive stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, presentation, and workshop leadership abilities
- Fluency in both French and English
- Proactive, adaptable mindset balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with enterprise collaboration and project management platforms
- MEDDPICC or equivalent sales qualification methodology
- Agile at Scale experience (SAFe, LeSS, or similar frameworks)
- Managed Services or long-term customer success engagement experience
- Relevant certifications in cloud, ITIL, SAFe, PMP, or enterprise platforms
- Experience helping organizations define or adopt AI strategies
Location and arrangements: Based in France with remote work options. Regular travel to customer sites and occasional EMEA regional travel required.
