Senior Full-Stack Engineer – Identity & Authentication

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential data intelligence organization seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join their Identity & Authentication team in Paris. Our client operates in the commodities and maritime sectors, providing critical market intelligence to global enterprise clients.

This is a senior technical role where you will architect and implement authentication and identity solutions that protect a large-scale platform serving hundreds of enterprise users worldwide. You'll act as a technical authority while mentoring team members and owning solutions from conception through deployment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy robust, secure, and scalable authentication and identity solutions
• Maintain and enhance existing authentication systems to ensure platform security and compliance
• Serve as the technical authority in the authentication and identity domain
• Mentor and coach engineering team members on security best practices
• Own the complete development and deployment lifecycle of identity solutions
• Ensure deliverables meet high engineering quality standards and organizational goals
• Collaborate with enterprise clients, product teams, and the broader engineering organization

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of full-stack software engineering experience
• Hands-on experience with CIAM platforms such as Auth0, Entra ID, or similar solutions
• Strong understanding of authentication and authorization concepts, including OAuth2 and OIDC standards
• Proficiency in TypeScript
• Experience with SQL, containerization (Docker), and DevOps/CI/CD practices
• Strong command of written and spoken English
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across product and engineering teams
