Commercial Analyst, France

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare technology organization in their search for a Commercial Analyst to join their French go-to-market team in Paris. Our client is experiencing rapid growth across Europe and requires a driven professional to support lead generation and sales pipeline development.

As a recruiter partnering with this organization, we're seeking an enthusiastic individual who will identify prospects, execute outreach campaigns, and schedule high-value conversations with healthcare practices and hospital groups throughout France.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and prospect potential customers while formulating go-to-market strategies
• Execute inbound and outbound campaigns using calls, emails, social selling, and product-led signals to qualify leads
• Schedule high-quality meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives, ensuring smooth handoff of qualified opportunities
• Own and manage end-to-end sales cycles for small SMB customers, from initial outreach through to closing deals
• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot CRM, manage and optimize sales pipelines, and consistently meet targets for qualified leads generated
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Marketing, Product, Operations, and Customer Success teams to streamline sales strategies and market positioning
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs to identify new opportunities

What We're Looking For

• 1-2 years of experience in sales or in tech, banking, consulting, PE/VC or similar fields
• Proven success in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing high-volume outreach campaigns
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport and articulate value propositions
• Highly organized, disciplined, and results-oriented with strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
• Comfortable working independently in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment with a high degree of accountability
• Eager to learn, adaptable, and excited about professional growth opportunities
• Fluency in French required; strong English communication skills
• Hungry, competitive, and highly motivated with a knack for problem solving and building relationships
